"I started this practice a year ago, just to provide something more personalized, more unique, for patients going through this difficult journey."

- Dr. Obehi Asemota

The process of trying to have children can be lonely, scary, and exhausting. Fertility specialist Dr. Obehi Asemota realized this as she worked with patients over the years who were facing their own individual challenges in growing their families. As a way to create a place full of support and education, Dr. Asemota began her new practice, Hope Fertility.

As a mother herself, as well as the daughter of a physician, Dr. Asemota knew she was destined to do this type of work. “I started this practice a year ago, to provide something more personalized, more unique, for patients going through this difficult journey,” she said. Through Hope Fertility, she now provides a boutique service to the metro Atlanta area that gives both traditional and non-traditional families personalized fertility services such as fertility preservation, in vitro fertilization (IVF) /intracytoplasmic sperm injection, and LGBTQ+ reproduction.

She also specializes in taking responsibility for all facets of a patient’s fertility journey from start to finish. This includes performing procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) and IVF herself. In addition, she and her team work with the family to help build a strong and healthy foundation by assisting patients with the emotional and financial aspects of going through treatment.

After being introduced to BankMD, Dr. Asemota felt her vision was understood when she sought out funding to open her new fertility center. “I had my banker’s cell phone on speed dial,” she admits, as she explained the level of communication between her and her BankMD representative. Throughout their partnership, BankMD developed a deep understanding of her goals and set expectations when she was selecting the perfect loan.

Dr. Asemota and her team at Hope Fertility have been working hard for the past year to help families suffering from reproductive difficulty. Whether through IVF, IUI treatments, or other fertility-related services, they are ready to assist you in starting your own family.
