Molly serves as a Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development focusing primarily on BankMD’s nationwide commercial lending programs, including start-up practice finance, business acquisitions, and buy-in capital, equipment, and real estate financing.

With over 20 years in healthcare consulting, development, and finance, Molly brings a depth of knowledge and a wide range of experience. She has held executive leadership roles with large management groups, start-up entities, trade associations, and publicly held organizations. In addition, Molly’s previous experience as a lawyer and small business owner gives her a hands-on approach and practical perspective in analyzing opportunities and bringing them to fruition.
